On the occasion of Chuseok Holiday or Full Moon Day, which falls on Sept. 26, 2015, the scent of autumnal beauty is all around the country in South Korea.
Autumn has also arrived at the spacious rice paddy in Ganghwado Island west of Seoul, turing the rice field into the color of fall season.
The above photo was taken on Chuseok Day by Mr. Kim Kyu-Jin, a local photographer, from the top of Manisan Mountain, the highest mountain in Gwanghwa Island.
Chuseok Day or the Korean version of America's Thanksgiving Day is one of the two most important national holidays in South Korea.
On this holidays, families and relatives gather together usuaslly in their hometown to remember their ancestors and to share the abundance of this fall season.
